Why we created Alumni

Most programs end abruptly. You finish, you get a certificate, and then you’re on your own.

We do it differently. Alumni exists so your identity as a coach can keep stabilising — with continued belonging and gentle support.

This is especially important for heart‑centred professionals who value integrity and want a long-term coaching career without losing themselves in the process.
