After completing the 12‑week training, you retain ongoing access to our alumni environment for continued connection and support.
About cohorts, training hours, and weekly rhythm
This is a 12-week professional coach training program, aligned with ICF Level 1 requirements.
The program includes:
60 ICF-approved Coach Training Hours
10 hours of ICF-aligned mentor coaching, supporting credential pathways for those who choose to pursue ICF certification
We typically begin a new live training cohort once per month.
Weekly structure
Live training (once per week)
Sundays · approximately 2 hours
Each session includes coach training, live demonstrations, and guided breakout practice
All sessions are recorded incase you miss a live session or want to rewatch
Guided peer coaching practice (twice per week) scheduled at your convenience during the week.
One session as the coach (approx. 1 hour)
One session as the client (approx. 1 hour)
These sessions are fully guided, so you always know how to structure the conversation and what to focus on.
You are both coaching and receiving coaching every week throughout the program.
Enrollment and cohort structure
Now enrolling for the March 7 cohort · Limited to 12 places
This training is delivered in live, monthly cohorts to ensure a focused learning environment, meaningful connection, and high standards of support.
Enrollment remains open until the cohort reaches capacity.
Once all 12 places are filled, enrollment closes and remaining applicants are placed on the waitlist for the next cohort.
If you enrol before the cohort begins, you’ll receive immediate access to the Academy for Coaches environment and onboarding materials, and you’ll join the live training when the March 7 cohort starts.
If your circumstances change and you’re unable to attend a particular cohort, your enrolment remains valid for up to 12 months, and we’ll support you in joining a future cohort when the timing is right.

We want you to enrol with clarity and commitment. This program is designed for people who are ready to fully engage with the training.
While we do not offer refunds, your enrolment gives you up to 12 months to complete the program, and we will support you throughout that time.
