ACADEMY FOR COACHES – COMMERCIAL TERMS

These Commercial Terms are intended to provide clarity on your investment and outline the policies that govern all services, products, and quotations from Academy For Coaches ("AFC"). By enrolling, purchasing, or participating in any AFC service or program, you agree to these terms.
1. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT & CONFIRMATION
1.1 Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed only after:
Submission of a completed and signed registration form
Full payment or activation of a payment plan
Acceptance by Academy For Coaches
1.2 Prerequisites
Clients are responsible for meeting all prerequisites for program participation. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the necessary qualifications..
2. Course enrolment confirmation
2.1 Program Delivery
All programs are delivered online via Zoom and include access to digital resources, live calls, and coaching software (for MCA members).
2.2 Certification
Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of all requirements, including full payment, attendance, assignments, and evaluations.
3. Exam and Certificate
When an exam is required to complete one of our courses, the exam dates will be scheduled by Academy For Coaches and communicated to the Students during the course. In any case, the Certificates will only be issued to the Client after all the requirements for the certification are met and after the payment for the whole course has been completed.
3. Cancellation and refund
3.1 General Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be granted once payment has been made, except as explicitly stated in this policy.
3.2 Deposit & Credit Transfer
Deposits are non-refundable. Credits may be transferred to another individual up to 3 weeks prior to the start of training. A £100 admin fee applies within 3 weeks.
3.3 Refunds Due to Withdrawal
No refunds for non-attendance or partial completion
3.4 Deferred Attendance
Participants may defer enrollment for health or personal reasons. The deferral must be used within 12 months or forfeited.
5. Postponement or cancellation of scheduled courses
Academy For Coaches reserves the right to cancel or modify the course dates, by informing the Participants of this within 5 working days from the beginning of the course. The course may be postponed on two consecutive occasions. On the third postponement, the Client may ask for the transfer of the paid sum for the course to other initiatives/courses. Any other form of compensation for the Client from Academy For Coaches is excluded.
6. Partial Completion Policy
Academy For Coaches acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may prevent students from completing a course in its entirety. Therefore, we offer partial credit for those who have actively participated in a significant portion of the program.
Earning Credit:
The number of credit hours awarded will depend on the number of hours of curriculum received and completed assignments.
To request partial credit, please contact Brajamohan Das at support@academyforcoaches.com within 30 days of the course ending.
In your request, please include details about the course, the number of hours completed, and any relevant information supporting your request.
If approved, you will receive a certificate of credit indicating the number of training hours completed.
7. Privacy and use of personal data
The information communicated by the Participants to Academy For Coaches will be used exclusively to meet the objectives required by the courses and will be used in line with the security and confidentiality measures required by the law relating to the use of personal data.

8. Prerequisites to participate in our courses
The Client declares to have fully understood which are the prerequisites needed to enrol and participate in Academy For Coaches courses and/or to take the final exams. Furthermore, the Client declares to having met all the required prerequisites.
9. Royalties
The courses and related materials are the exclusive property of Academy For Coaches. It is therefore forbidden to make any kind of copy or reproduce the material or distribute to third parties any of the content of the courses, even partially, without prior written authorisation from Academy For Coaches.
10. Complaint/Grievance policy
All parties agree that in the case of any grievance, they will cooperate in good faith to try and resolve the matter internally, referring it to the respective trainer or contact person ([email protected]) before taking any legal action.
The delivery of the courses and the proposals are governed by the law of the country in which the contract has been agreed.
