Terms of Service

MCA is our premier transformational coaching and business-building program. It provides training in transformational coaching tools and practices, includes live calls, mentorship, business systems, and coaching software, and is designed to help you launch and grow a coaching business using the training, systems, and tools provided. Individual results will vary.

MCA includes access to private-label coaching software. This software is included free with your membership, must be used lawfully and ethically, and may not be resold, redistributed, or rebranded.

Program durations (whether described as 3-day, 3-month, 12-month, etc.) are approximate timeframes based on standard pacing. Advertised durations represent the typical completion timeframe but may vary based on individual progress, scheduling factors, or program updates. Some program components (such as mentor coaching) may extend beyond the core program period. Completion of ICF credentialing requirements often extends beyond the formal training period. We commit to delivering all required components, even if scheduling adjustments are necessary.

All training programs delivered by Academy For Coaches are live, cohort-based experiences. Participants are enrolled in a live training programme and are not purchasing perpetual or lifetime access to recordings, course materials, or programme content.

Your enrolment grants you access to live sessions, live coaching, and contemporaneous learning materials for the duration of the active programme only. Recordings of live sessions, where made available, are provided as a supplementary learning aid during the programme period and are not the primary deliverable. Upon completion or conclusion of the programme, all access to recordings, session replays, and training materials will be revoked. You are paying for the live training experience, personal coaching, and facilitated learning — not for permanent access to recorded content. Continued access to premium content, resources, and community features beyond the programme period is available exclusively through an active paid membership.

Academy For Coaches reserves the right to: (a) Reschedule any live session, coaching call, or event where circumstances require, including but not limited to facilitator illness, technical issues, or force majeure events. Reasonable notice will be given where possible and rescheduled sessions will be offered as a replacement.

(b) Substitute any facilitator, coach, or guest expert with another suitably qualified individual without prior notice or reduction in programme fees.

(c) Modify programme content, materials, curriculum, tools, or delivery methods at any time to reflect updates in coaching practice, ICF requirements, or programme improvements. Such modifications do not constitute a material change entitling participants to a refund.

(d) Cancel a programme cohort entirely in exceptional circumstances, in which case participants will be offered a transfer to the next available cohort or, at our sole discretion, a credit toward another programme. No cash refund will be issued in such circumstances unless required by applicable law.

Participants acknowledge that live training programmes are dynamic in nature and that minor scheduling or content adjustments are a normal part of programme delivery and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or participate in any Academy For Coaches programme or service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if it is determined that a participant is under the age of 18.

If you select a payment plan option and default on payments, the entire remaining balance becomes immediately due and payable. Your access to all programs, materials, and communities will be suspended until payment is made. We reserve the right to engage collection services to recover unpaid amounts. Late fees of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances. Re-enrollment in any program may be prohibited until outstanding balances are settled. We may, at our sole discretion, offer alternative payment arrangements, but are under no obligation to do so.

Academy For Coaches operates a strict no-refund policy as stated in Section 3. In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved, this is granted entirely at the sole and absolute discretion of Academy For Coaches and shall not be construed as establishing any precedent or right to a refund for any other participant or in any future circumstance.

Where a discretionary refund is approved, the following deductions will apply: (a) An administration fee of £250 or 15% of the total amount paid, whichever is greater; (b) Any non-recoverable payment processing fees incurred at the time of original payment (typically 2–3%); (c) A pro-rata deduction for any live sessions, coaching calls, materials, or programme components already accessed, attended, or delivered at the time the refund request is made; (d) Any applicable currency conversion or international transfer fees.

No refund, partial or otherwise, will be considered where a participant has: (a) attended or accessed 50% or more of the live training sessions; (b) received or downloaded any bonuses, materials, or resources; or (c) been issued a certificate of completion or participation. In such cases the programme is deemed fully delivered and all sales are final.

The remaining balance, if any, will be returned within 14 business days of written approval being confirmed by Academy For Coaches. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@academyforcoaches.com. Verbal requests will not be considered. Approval of a refund request in one case creates no obligation or precedent to do so in any future case, and Academy For Coaches reserves the right to decline any refund request without providing a reason.

Where applicable under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction, you may ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital or educational services.

By enrolling in any Academy For Coaches programme and accessing any live session, coaching call, recording, downloadable material, community, or any other programme component, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) The provision of services has begun at your request prior to the expiry of any cancellation period; (b) You waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or equivalent legislation with effect from the moment you first access any programme material or session; (c) You have been clearly informed of this waiver prior to purchase and confirm your acceptance at the point of enrolment.

This waiver does not affect any rights you may have in relation to services that are faulty or not as described.

If you have a concern regarding a payment or your participation in a programme, you agree to contact Academy For Coaches in writing at contact@academyforcoaches.com before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable period of 14 business days for resolution constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such cases: (a) We reserve the right to provide this Agreement, all purchase records, communication history, attendance records, and any other relevant documentation to the relevant financial institution, payment processor, or legal authority as evidence against the dispute; (b) You will be immediately suspended from all programmes, communities, and services pending resolution; (c) We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated chargeback fees, legal costs, and administrative costs incurred; (d) A chargeback fee of £150 will be applied to your account for each disputed transaction, regardless of the outcome of the dispute; (e) Any certificate of completion or participation issued to you may be revoked pending resolution of the dispute.

All programme content, including but not limited to live session recordings, slide decks, frameworks, worksheets, coaching tools, audio recordings, video recordings, chat transcripts, and community posts, is the confidential intellectual property of Academy For Coaches.

You expressly agree that you will not: (a) Screenshot, record, download, or capture any programme content by any means without prior written permission; (b) Share, post, publish, or distribute any programme content on social media, messaging platforms, or any public or private channel; (c) Forward, copy, or reproduce any programme materials to any third party, whether for commercial or personal purposes; (d) Use any programme content to train, educate, or coach others outside the scope of your own personal development.

Breach of this clause will be treated as a serious violation of our intellectual property rights and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, legal action, and a claim for damages.

Any testimonials, case studies, income examples, or success stories shared by Academy For Coaches or its participants in marketing materials, on our website, in our community, or during programme sessions: (a) Represent individual experiences and results and are not typical, average, or guaranteed outcomes; (b) Are shared for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or representation of what you will achieve; (c) May reflect participants who had prior coaching, business, or professional experience that contributed to their results.

Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, skill, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Academy For Coaches makes no representation that any participant will achieve similar results to those featured in testimonials or case studies. This clause applies to all marketing materials, social media content, webinars, and programme content produced by or on behalf of Academy For Coaches.

We collect and process your personal data as necessary to provide our Services. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to: Provide our Services to you; Comply with legal obligations; Resolve disputes; Enforce our agreements.

Upon receipt of a data deletion request, we will process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws, except where we have legitimate grounds to retain certain information, such as: Records required for financial, tax, or legal compliance; Information necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; Data required to complete an ongoing contractual obligation.

Our Services may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

By using our Services, you consent to receive communications from us, including program updates, newsletters, and marketing materials. You may opt out of marketing communications, but operational and administrative messages will still be sent.
